Ok so this week was a little better. Not as great as I would like but definitely better. I did not make the gym at all this week. I was house sitting and did some work with my mentor program as well (and was sick another day...bad yogurt...ugh!)...ok enough with the excuses I slacked off and didn't get the job done in the gym. I will work on correcting that this week. I am heading to work for a body treatment and a facial so I'm doing a little pampering, so maybe I'll grab some clothes and use the facilities at work as well. I also ran by the health food store for some supplements today that will hopefully help me out with my nutrition and weight loss as well. (multivitamin, digestive enzymes, alpha lipoic acid & some magnesium) Anyways short on time so here is the running totals:
This week: 2.8lbs
Total to date: 42.4lbs
So that leaves me with 1 week to my goal of 50lbs. With 7.6lbs to go I have a feeling I may be just a little short of it but I am gonna go for the gusto this week and see just how close I can get to it, nothing is impossible who knows what could happen!! No matter what I have dropped an incredible amount of weight in the past 3 months and have nothing to be ashamed of so no matter what my head will be held high and in no time flat the 50lbs will be gone and I will be working towards the next goal. Stay tuned next week for the 12 week finale and the beginning of a new season. (Unlike Lost, Idol or any of those other wonderful shows no summer breaks here we go straight in to the next season.)
