Ok so I went for my 6 week weigh in today, but was a little confused when the lady said it was my 7 week weigh in. "What?" Did I lose a whole week somewhere? Total confusion for about 5 seconds then I realized that they count your original weigh in (start day) as your week 1 weigh in and your actually weigh in after 1 week of the program as week 2. Ok I understand...doesn't make sense if you ask me but hey whatever I'm gonna call it what I think it is here cause well it's my blog...lol. Now back to my weigh in, I lost another 3lbs. That makes the grand total of 28lbs. Good lord I am in amazement. I still stand in front of the mirror naked (I use to never do that...lol) and try to see if I can see any difference every week. I still have a hard time believing that much weigh has melted from my body because the changes are so slight each week. I mean the first week was such a huge loss that I could really see it, but now it's just little changes that you really have to look for. Where I can really see it is in how my clothes fit. I'm gonna have to be fitted for new uniforms pretty soon. Anyway I go in next week for my "8 week" appointment with the doctor for my follow up. So excited to see what he says. Then it is time to start round 2. I am really going to try and commit to getting to the gym this Thursday or Friday (maybe even both). I have been walking the entire dog park when I go as opposed to sitting in one run while Tanna plays which is great for both of us. She gets some exercise and a variety of smells to sniff and I get a good 30 minute walk in. That's all for now. Thanks for all the support.

Great job, Mel!!! Another 3 pounds that you NEVER have to see ever again!!! Woo! Hoo! And, I'm proud of you for walking at the dog park! I know it can be hard getting motivated to work out, so good for you!!!
