Ok so here it is 1 month into this plan and I'm feeling great. However I was a little worried about todays weigh because of PMS and feeling like I was gonna be bloated and not lose that much. So I finally told myself this morning to get over it I would be fine. I got up went to my weigh in and got on the scale to find another 3.8lbs shed away. WOW! I was happy and even more excited about this plan. I am proud to say I went to a going away dinner last night and planned ahead. I looked up the restaurant and checked out the menu and nutritional info and found items I could have and planned my food for the day around it. I am also going on a mini vacation this weekend and have planned ahead to maintain my diet while I am gone. Taking food with me and have a fridge and microwave in my hotel. Also taking portable snacks with me so I can eat every few hours even when we are at the zoo and the beach. I am confident I can go on vacation and still lose weight.
