Finally

Ok so I haven't blogged in awhile because after my first loss of 4lbs I went 2 weeks of maintaining the same weight...frustrated didn't even begin to describe the feeling I was having. I had been going to the gym like a maniac....were talking 2 sometimes even 3 hours on my days off. I've been doing Zumba, spin and now even body pump, along with Yoga. I was following my diet and completely behaving. However I took it as a personal challenge not to give up because let's face it that would be the easiest thing to do and I wasn't taking that route. So I talked to my WW leader each week and we discussed some tweaks I could make. The second week of no weight loss and we talked about tracking. In the conversation it came up that i had been eating a lot of Lean Cuisine and WW frozen entrees. She wondered if maybe I was retaining water because those things are so loaded with sodium. So I had just 1 this past week and BAM a weight loss of 3.6lbs!!! Yippie I felt so much better because the scale went down but even more so that I didn't give up. (as bad as I felt like it) So this week me and my friend are suppose to go on a mini trip to Cali to visit a friend (she seems to be getting sick so it may get postponed...keep good thoughts). So bike riding on Coronado eying some hot navy seals is on the agenda for exercise this week. : ) I'll keep ya posted.

3.6 pounds is F*A*N*T*A*S*T*I*C! Too much sodium has been my downfall a few times as well!
Keep it up and we'll be the skinny-sisters in no time!
I hope you're coming for Christmas -- I can't wait to see you!

YEAH LISSA I am always proud of you but especially when you prove to your self that you have inner strength ( that I already know you have!) Love you lots & miss you too
