Week 20

I just wanted to let everyone know I did not weigh in this week. My niece was here for a week and I had to work on Wednesday, my regular weigh in day and my car was in the shop yet again all day Thursday. (just had to have a tune up, thank goodness that was all it was) So I decided to wait until next Wednesday to weigh in. I did have a few things that I would not normally eat this week, but only in moderation, which is key. However I'm pretty sure I worked off anything I ate cause we were going nonstop while she was here. We were at the Strip everyday she was here except on Saturday & Sunday when we went to California, but believe me we walked plenty there too. We went to this cool place called the cave store which has an old stairwell (about 100yrs old) that leads down to a cave that goes out to the ocean. (from the old smuggling booze days) That was a serious climb back up. We also went to La Jolla and swam with Leopard sharks. I did this the last time I went to La Jolla in April and it was really cool so I thought it would be cool to take her to do it as well. Then we also went to Sea World and walked all over that place multiple times. So we will see how it all balances out come next Wednesday. I didn't go to crazy and tried to be very reasonable. So I'm sure it will all be fine and if not it's no biggie because I am back on track. Of course my idea of being bad is probably not what most people would consider being bad...lol. I'm usually very strict and have not "cheated" since being on this program so I deserved a little free time and I refuse to beat myself up about it, hell I dropped over 60lbs in 19 weeks I have no reason for guilt. : ) See you guys next Wednesday for the results. Here are a few pics...the shark pics are from my April trip we didn't take any on this trip as we were having some issues with the underwater feature until after we left the ocean..lol.
