Week 1
Wow it is amazing how much can change in a week. As I was getting ready this morning to go weigh in I was looking at myself. I can already see changes in my body which is totally amazing! I am far from my bikini body but yet a step closer which is good for me. I was so excited to go for my weigh in this morning. I got there and the results are in I am down 7lbs. Though I actually had lost 4lbs in the 2 days before I started the program as well so I guess technically I am down 11lbs. : ) I know you tend to loose a lot of water weight at first but I'm still happy to see that gone. I am keeping on track no matter what. Part of this is about learning to eat better forever not as a diet. However for now this is a diet for now. I am not the type of person who can allow myself a little cheat here and there on my course to my goal. I know some people can I however am not one because a small veer off the path turns into a 50 mile detour. I'm not saying I will not eventually allow myself to have those things again but it will be a very very long time. (Once I have reached my goal) For now I have small things I can enjoy fat free pudding, fat free jello and 100% fruit pops. I also find healthy meal choices that tastes good. Believe me I could not survive eating things I didn't enjoy. Heck I found a way to make a BLT with less than 200 calories and 2 grams of fat. I may stand in a grocery store reading every label but I will find something to make things work for me. So that's all for now I will keep everyone posted. Think I'm gonna go make a BLT now that I've put the thought in my head. :)

Congratulations!!! I know you are stoked to have lost 7 pounds in your first week!!! Keep it up! You'll be bikini fine in no time!!!
