Ok so since starting this plan I have been so good about drinking my water. Yesterday I got about half of my normal amount of water in. Can I just say I felt like shit. I hate water so drinking it for me has bee a real challenge and though my palette may not be crazy for it my body clearly loves it. I know how important water is to the body...god knows I tell my clients all the time to drink it and how important it is. ("do as I say not as I do") I've decided I really have to make sure that I get down at least half of my water before 1 pm or it is a real challenge to get it done. Nothing like being up 6-10 times a night going to the bathroom because you drank 45-50ozin the 4 hours before bed...lol. The other thing I have done the past 2 morning is make smoothies in the blender for breakfast. These are not your typical smoothies but something I really recommend for people who are not veggie eaters. ( I love veggies but it's still hard for me to eat all I need in a day as I get bored...I tend to grab fruit) I blend up veggies with fruit int the blender. My first one was strawberries and pineapples. Then I add 1/2 cup of organic non fat plain yogurt and 1/2 c slender soy milk (Always blend up your fruit first.) After I blended all of that I added in (this is where some people may cringe...lol) a head of iceberg lettuce quartered and about 2 cups of broccoli. I will admit mine tasted a lot loke broccoli...which is ok for me cause I like broccoli. If you blend them right it will be fruity and you will drink your veggies with out even knowing it. Play with it and give it a try...you'll feel alot better if you get all your veggies in.
Do realize there is a lot of fiber in veggies and if you are not use to having them you will more than likely have to go to the bathroom in about an hour. Well I go for my next weigh in on WednesdayI'll be back to update you then.

Okay I think I got it. Less chocolate and beer. More veggies and water!!! You're no fun at all Melissa!!! LOL!
