Week 25

So in the past 2 weigh ins I have gained a total of 2.6lbs. The first week was no shock but the second week was, well that mystery has been solved. I was eating these little desserts that we have at work out of this case that use to be the no sugar added desserts, the key words there is use to be. I talked to one of the kitchen staff yesterday and found out what was and what was not and determined that I have apparently being eating things that were not what I thought they were. I think I will mainly avoid these things in the future but at least for now I do know which ones are the better choice. I am very happy to say that this week I am down a total of 4.6lbs!!! That means I lost the 2.6 I gained in the past 2 weeks plus another 2....yippie!!! So that is a grand total loss of 68.8lbs. That is almost 28% of my original body weight!!
