Week 15

Ok so this week I found a workout buddy so we will see how that goes. Funny how having someone to work out with makes it easier to go...lol. So for fun I wore a pedometer to work this weekend to see how much I walk ...wow even I was shocked!! Saturday I walked 9.3 miles Sunday I walked 10.6 miles and Tuesday I walked 8.2 miles, so in 3 days I walked a little over 28 miles...damn now I know why I am so tired. So this week I lost 1.4lbs putting me at 52.6lbs. I bought a fat caliper last week now if I can just figure out how to use it correctly. I'm gonna take it to the gym and get one of the trainers to show me the correct way. I can't figure out the right way to pinch I get a different result every time. Anyway thats it for this week : )

***Update to this blog- I went to the gym today and did the treadmill for 45mins burning a total of 500 calories!! My avg HR was 163...I was rocking it out and it was awesome!! ( I did 45 minutes on Mon but only burned 373 so I pushed myself a little harder today) I bought myself a new mp3 player today as a reward. It is fully loaded with a whole gig of music and ready for my Friday workout. My new workout partner has stood me up both days. Monday her alarm didn't go off and I'm not sure what happened today. I need to shoot her an email and let her know we can do it later in the day if that is better for her since she works night. Either way I am gonna keep going, even if it means I make up an imaginary friend that I am meeting at the gym so I feel obligated to go. Better yet I'm gonna feel obligated to myself to go!!
